What happens when my hours run out?
When your hours run out, we will send you an email notification. If you’d like to purchase additional hours for the month, simply tell us how many and we’ll invoice you? No muss, no fuss!
What if I don't use all my hours?
That’s a tougher one. We encourage our clients to budget their time in such away that will avoid this situation, because we cannot offer refunds on hours not used, and hours cannot roll over to a new month.
When do my hours expire?
Your hours expire at the end of each month. If you start your service with us in the middle of a month, your second month of service will be prorated.
How do I submit my tasks?
Our virtual assistant service comes with a free client workspace that allows you to create tasks that will automatically notify M&C. Or, you can email or call us directly for assistance with anything at all!
Can I share your service with a spouse or business colleague?
Absolutely – as long as we receive written permission to perform services for that additional person, we can accommodate that! You and the person you designate will share the same allotment of hours for the month, so it will be up to you to track what you’ve both used.
Will you be available on weekends?
We can absolutely work for you on weekends, but tasks performed between 4pm on Fridays and 8am on Monday is counted at time-and-a-half.
